玻璃体腔注射雷珠单抗联合氪激光光凝治疗糖尿病视网膜病变黄斑水肿的临床效果

目的：探究玻璃体腔注射雷珠单抗联合氪激光光凝治疗糖尿病视网膜病变黄斑水肿(DME)的临床效果。方法：将2016年1月~2017年1月在我院接受治疗的60例(76眼)DME患者作为研究对象,根据入院先后实施分组,对照组30例(37眼),给予单纯氪激光光凝治疗；观察组30例(39眼),在对照组基础上加用玻璃体腔注射雷珠单抗治疗,对两组患者治疗前后的最佳矫正视力(BCVA)、黄斑中心视网膜厚度(CMT)以及临床治疗效果进行综合评价。结果：观察组患者治疗后3个月、6个月、12个月的BCVA显著优于对照组(P<0.05),有统计学意义；观察组治疗后3个月、6个月、12个月的CMT指标显著降低,与对照组呈现明显差异(P<0.05),存在统计学意义；且观察组治疗后有28例患者显示有效,占93.3%,显著高于对照组的70.0%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：玻璃体腔注射雷珠单抗联合氪激光光凝治疗糖尿病视网膜病变黄斑水肿,能够促进患者视力改善,缓解黄斑水肿,疗效优于单纯光凝治疗,值得推广应用。

The clinical effect of laser photocoagulation on the treatment of diabetic retinopathy of macular edema by laser photocoagulation of vitreous cavity injection

objective: To investigate the clinical effect of laser photocoagulation on the treatment of diabetic retinopathy of macular edema (DME) by laser photocoagulation of glass body cavity. Methods: from January 2016 to January 2016 in our hospital for treatment of 60 cases (76 eyes) of patients with DME as the research object, according to hospital has implemented group, control group 30 cases (37 eyes), give simple krypton laser photocoagulation treatment; Observation group of 30 cases (39 eyes), on the basis of control group used the glass body cavity injection of licensed resistance to treatment, the two groups of patients before and after treatment the best corrected visual acuity (BCVA), macular retinal thickness (CMT) and to assess clinical therapeutic effect. Results: the BCVA was significantly better than the control group (P < 0.05) in 3 months, 6 months and 12 months after treatment. The CMT indexes in the three months, 6 months and 12 months after treatment were significantly reduced, with significant difference (P < 0.05) with the control group (P < 0.05), which was statistically significant. In the observation group, 28 patients showed effective, accounting for 93.3%, significantly higher than the control group of 70.0%, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: glass body cavity injection of licensed joint resistance of krypton laser photocoagulation treatment of diabetic retinopathy, macular edema, can promote patients vision improvement, alleviate the macular edema, curative effect is better than that of pure photocoagulation treatment, is worthy of popularization and application.
