| 摘 要： | 系统梳理国内外按疾病诊断相关分组（Diagnosis Related Groups，DRGs）支付制度改革评价维度和指标的实践应用，根据医院、政府、患者三方的评价维度及评价指标，构建了医院、政府、患者的DRGs评价指标体系，为我国DRGs支付制度改革评价维度和指标的选择提供参考依据。

| Abstract: | The diagnosis-related groups (DRGs) payment system evaluation dimensions and indexes for its reform and practical application at home and abroad were described in detail. A DRGs evaluation index system was developed for hospitals, governments and patients according to their evaluation dimensions and indexes in order to provide reference for the selection of DRGs payment system evaluation dimensions and indexes. |
