去氧孕烯炔雌醇片与米非司酮治疗更年期功能失调性子宫出血的效果比较

目的 评价去氧孕烯炔雌醇片和米非司酮治疗更年期功能失调性子宫出血的疗效差异。方法 选择从2016年2月至2017年2月于我院治疗的78例更年期功能失调性子宫出血患者,简单随机单双就诊号的方法分为观察组39例和对照组39例,观察组患者采用去氧孕烯炔雌醇片治疗,对照组患者采用米非司酮治疗。观察两组患者治疗后的临床疗效,观察两组患者治疗前后的性激素水平变化情况,观察患者治疗后的不良反应情况,随访半年记录两组患者的复发情况。结果 治疗后观察组患者的总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患者治疗前黄体生成素(LH),雌二醇(E2),卵泡刺激素(FSH),孕激素(P)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后FSH及LH降低, E2,及P升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组治疗后FSH及LH低于对照组患者,E2,及P高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者的复发率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 去氧孕烯炔雌醇片治疗更年期功能失调性子宫出血效果优于米非司酮,可以有效调节性激素水平,适合临床应用。

The difference of Desogestrel and Ethinylestradiol Tablets and mifepristone in the treatment of climacteric dysfunctional uterine bleeding

Objective To analyze the difference of Desogestrel and Ethinylestradiol Tablets and mifepristone in the treatment of climacteric dysfunctional uterine bleeding. Methods 78 cases of dysfunctional uterine bleeding patients were selected from February 2016 to February 2017 in our hospital treatment , and they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, the observation group were taking Desogestrel and Ethinylestradiol Tablets treatment, while the control group was treated with mifepristone. The clinical treatment ,adverse reactions and recurrence rate after treatment were observed. The levels of sex hormones before and after treatment were observed. Results After treatment, the total efficiency rate of the observation group was higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), the difference of the adverse reaction between the two groups was not statistically significant (P>0.05); Before treatment, LH, E2 , FSH and P were no significant different between the two groups (P>0.05), After treatment LH, FSH decreased ,E2 and P levels increased significantly (P<0.05), and LH, FSH in the observation group were lower than those of the control group, E2 and P levels were higher than those of the control group , the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); The recurrence rate of the two groups was not statistically significant (P>0.05). Conclusions Desogestrel and Ethinylestradiol Tablets in the treatment of climacteric dysfunctional uterine bleeding is better than mifepristone, which is effective regulation of sex hormone levels.
