家庭压疮管理手册在家庭压疮管理中的应用

目的 探讨家庭压疮管理手册对提高家庭压力性损伤主要照护者压力性损伤知识认知和照护行为能力、改善门诊家庭压力性损伤患者创面转归的效果。 方法 选取2014年8月-2017年3月之间就诊于我院伤口造口门诊的压力性损伤患者的家庭主要照护者100例为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组各50例。对照组仅接受常规现场宣教和指导,观察组在接受常规现场宣教和指导基础上,给予我院自编的家庭压疮管理手册培训。采用相关问卷对照护者进行评价,并评判四周后患者压力性损伤转归情况。 结果 经过家庭压疮管理手册培训两周后,观察组照护者对压力性损伤知识认知和照护行为能力明显优于对照组(P<0.01);观察组两周后评分明显优于首次评分(P<0.01);观察组所照护的患者就诊四周后患者压力性损伤创面转归明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。 结论 家庭压疮管理手册有助于提高家庭压力性损伤主要照护者对压力性损伤知识认知和照护行为能力,改善患者压力性损伤创面的转归,值得推广应用。

Application of the family pressure sore management manual in family pressure sore management( Fudan University Affiliated Jinshan Hospital Shanghai 201508, China )Shen feng, Cai yunmin, Qi xiaoxia

Objective To investigate the effect of family pressure sore management manual on the strengthening of pressure injury knowledge cognition and behavior ability of the primary family caregivers of pressure injury, and on the improvement of wound outcome of the patients with family pressure injury in outpatient department. Methods From August 2014 to March 2017, 100 cases of Family caregivers of patients with pressure injury were selected as the study subjects. 100 cases were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each had 50 cases.The control group only received routine on-site education and guidance. And the observation group The observation group not only received routine on-site education and guidance, but also received the family pressure sore management manual training compiled by our hospital. The caregivers were graded by the pressure injury related knowledge and caregiver behavior questionnaire designed by Zhou dongmei (the first visit and two weeks after the first visit, were graded respectively), to evaluate the outcome of pressure injury after four weeks. Results After two weeks" training in the family pressure sore management manual, the caregivers in the observation group were significantly better than the control group in terms of the knowledge cognition and behavior ability of pressure injury (P<0.01). The score of the observation group after two weeks was significantly better than the first score (P<0.01). After four weeks of treatment, the patients in the observation group were significantly superior to the control group in the outcome of pressure injury (P<0.01). Conclusions The family pressure sore management manual is helpful to strengthen the primary family caregivers of pressure injury in terms of the knowledge cognition and behavior ability, and improve wound outcome of the family pressure injury patients. Therefore, it is worthy of promotion and application.
