中药益气复生方辅助治疗大肠癌术后化疗患者的临床疗效观察

目的:观察中药益气复生方联合mFOLFOX6化疗方案对大肠癌(CRC)术后患者生存质量、相关指标及毒副反应的影响。方法:纳入48例CRC术后患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各24例。治疗组患者给予mFOLFOX6方案化疗结合中药益气复生方口服,对照组患者单纯给予mFOLFOX6方案化疗,两组均以14 d为1个治疗周期,共治疗12个周期。比较两组患者的生存质量改善情况及化疗毒副反应发生情况,检测两组患者的癌胚抗原(CEA)、癌抗原19-9(CA19-9)及CD4细胞、CD8细胞、自然杀伤(NK)细胞水平。结果:治疗后,治疗组患者的生存质量改善率为87.5%,对照组为58.3%,治疗组患者生存质量的改善优于对照组患者(P0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的CEA、CA19-9水平较治疗前均明显降低(P0.05),对照组患者的CD4、CD8细胞水平较治疗前明显降低(P0.05);且治疗组患者的CEA水平明显低于对照组(P0.05),CD4、CD8细胞水平明显高于对照组(P0.05)。治疗组患者发生恶心呕吐、肝功能异常、腹泻、乏力等毒副反应的情况明显优于对照组(P0.05)。结论:中药益气复生方联合mFOLFOX6化疗方案治疗CRC术后患者可有效改善患者的生存质量,减少化疗的毒副反应。

Clinical efficacy observation of Chinese medicine Yiqi Fusheng Decoction in treating colorectal cancer patients with postoperative chemotherapy

  Objective: To observe the influence of Chinese medicine Yiqi Fusheng Decoction combined with mFOLFOX6 chemotherapy on the life quality, corresponding indexes and toxic and side reactions in postoperative patients with colorectal cancer (CRC).   Methods: Forty-eight postoperative patients with CRC were enrolled and randomly divided into the treatment group and control group, 24 cases in each group. The patients in the treatment group were orally treated with Yiqi Fusheng Decoction combined with mFOLFOX6 regimen chemotherapy, and the patients in the control group were treated with mFOLFOX6 regimen chemotherapy alone. Both groups were treated for 14 days as one treatment course, and a total of 12 courses were done. The improvement on quality of life and the occurrence of chemotherapy toxic and side reactions were compared between the two groups, and the levels of carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA), cancer antigen 19-9 (CA19-9), CD4 cell, CD8 cell and natural killer (NK) cell were detected in the two groups.   Results: After treatment, the improvement rate on quality of life was 87.5% in the treatment group and 58.3% in the control group, and the improvement on quality of life in the treatment group was better than that in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of CEA and CA19-9 in the two groups were significantly decreased compared with treatment before (P<0.05), the levels of CD4 and CD8 cells in the control group were significantly decreased compared with treatment before (P<0.05), and the level of CEA in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05) and the levels of CD4 and CD8 cells in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The occurrence of toxic and side reactions such as nausea and vomiting, abnormal liver function, diarrhea and fatigue in the treatment group was less than that in the control group (P<0.05).   Conclusion: Chinese medicine Yiqi Fusheng Decoction combined with mFOLFOX6 regimen chemotherapy can effectively improve the quality of life and reduce the toxic and side reactions of chemotherapy in treating postoperative patients with CRC.
