| 摘 要： | 构建移动急救医疗平台，介绍该平台体系架构、模拟运行功能，通过案例说明平台的功能实现，从而为参与医疗急救援助的各方提供决策支持和增值服务，根据患者所处位置及具体症状分配医院和救护车。

| Abstract: | To build a mobile emergency medical platform,the paper introduces system architecture of the platform, simulates the operation function and explicates functional implementation of the platform through cases to provide parties that take part in emergency treatment with decision-making support and value-added service, and to allocate the hospital and ambulance according to patients'' positions and their specific symptoms. |
