扶阳罐治疗肾阳虚型卵巢储备功能下降的临床观察

［］目的: 观察扶阳罐配合人工周期疗法治疗肾阳虚型卵巢储备功能下降的临床疗效。方法: 将64例确诊为肾阳虚型卵巢储备功能下降的患者随机分为治疗组36例和对照组28 例,对照组采用单纯人工周期治疗,治疗组采用中医外治法扶阳罐疗法配合人工周期治疗。1月1疗程,3个疗程后观察疗效；观察血FSH值、窦卵泡数以及中医临床症状积分变化。结果: 治疗组与对照组,总显效率与总有效率分别为66.67%和42.86% ,91.67%和78.57% 。均P＜0. 01。治疗组总显效率与总有效率均优于对照组。两组血清性激素水平、窦卵泡数和中医临床症状积分治疗前后组内比较及治疗后组间比较,差异均有统计学意义( P＜0. 05) 。结论: 扶阳罐配合人工周期疗法治疗肾阳虚型卵巢储备功能下降的临床疗效优于单用人工周期疗法,且安全可靠,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical observation of Fuyang Cupping combined with artificial cycle on the decrease of ovarian reserve function in kidney yang deficiency typeWANG Na-na,SHEN Ying-hong,DING Cai-fei,BO Ya-li,WAN Ling-yi,PAN Yi-min

Objective:Observe the clinical effect of Fuyang Cupping combined with artificial cycle therapy on the decline of ovarian reserve function of kidney yang deficiency type.Method:It Methods 64 patients that diagnosed as Diminished ovarian reserve of kidney yang deficiency type was randomly divided into treatment group (36 cases) and control group (28 cases).The control group was treated with simple artificial cycle, while the treatment group was treated with external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine, Fuyang Cupping therapy combined with western medicine treatment.1 months of 1 courses of treatment, after 3 courses of observation curative effect; observe the blood FSH(follicle-stimulating hormone) value,follicle number and TCM clinical symptom integral change.Results: The total effective rate and total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group were 66.67% and 42.86%, 91.67% and 78.57% respectively,All P < 0.01.The total effective rate and total effective rate of the treatment group were better than those of the control group.There were significant differences in the levels of serum sex hormone,follicle count and TCM clinical symptom score between the two groups before and after treatment and between the two groups after treatment (P < 0.05).Conclusion:Fuyang Cupping combined with artificial cycle therapy in the treatment of kidney yang deficiency type ovarian reserve function decline is better than the use of artificial cycle therapy, withing safe and reliable, it is worthy of clinical application.
