| 摘 要： | 美军大数据战略以数据支撑决策为中心展开，试图运用大数据技术辅助军事决策者做出更有利的判断，并将安全作为军事大数据战略的基础，包括大数据本身的安全以及基于大数据的军事安全。美军大数据战略与美国政府大数据战略具有明确的分工和互补，具有畅通的军民融合机制。

| Abstract: | The American military big data strategy, formulated with data-supported decision-making as its focus, attempts to help military decision makers to make more favorable judgment using big data technology and takes security as its foundation, including the security of big data and big data-based military security. American military big data strategy and American government big data strategy have their own clear-cut responsibility that is complementary to each other and characterized by the army-civilian integration. |
