| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨胃癌组织中的微血管密度(microvessel density,MVD)及其临床意义.方法 采用免疫组化S-P法,检测80例经手术切除的胃癌组织中CD34标记的肿瘤MVD,分析其与临床病理因素及预后的关系.结果 CD34表达于大部分毛细微血管,CD34标记的微血管密度最高区域多为肿瘤细胞浸润的前缘部位;胃癌中MVD显著高于胃癌旁组织和正常胃组织(P＜0.01);胃癌MVD与TNM分期、肿瘤浸润深度、淋巴结转移显著相关(P＜0.01);胃癌高MVD组5 a生存率为21.9%,显著低于低MVD组(42.9%);Kaplan-Meier生存率分析,Logrank为6.24(P＜0.05).结论 肿瘤MVD可作为评估胃癌术后复发转移和预后的重要指标.

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the clinical significance of microvessel density(MVD) in gastric carcinoma. Methods Immunohistochemistral S-P method was used to detect the tumor MVD marked by CD34 in 80 cases of gastric carcinoma,and the correlations between MVD and clinicopathologic feature,prognosis were analyzed.
