浙江省公职人员心理健康状况调查

目的 探讨浙江省公职人员的心理健康状况。方法 抽取浙江省教师88名，警察118名，残联干部117名，妇联干部119名和民政干部209名，采用症状自评量表（SCL-90）进行测量。结果 教师躯体化因子分显著高于全国常模，人际关系、敌对因子分显著低于全国常模，其他因子与常模相似；警察躯体化因子分显著高与比全国常模，人际关系因子分显著低于全国常模；残联和民政干部除躯体化因子外，其他各因子均显著低于全国常模；妇联干部强迫、人际关系、敌对、偏执4个因子分显著低于全国常模，躯体化因子分显著高于常模，其他因子与常模无明显差异。并且教师和警察之间的各因子分均无明显差异，而民政干部的许多因子分低于前两者。结论 政府雇员整体心理健康状况较好，教师与警察心理健康与全国普通人群相似。

A survey on mental health of Civil Servants and policemen in Zhejiang Province

Objective To investigate the mental health status of civil servants and policemen in Zhejiang Province.Methods A survey on mental health status was conducted with the Symptom Checklist-90(SCL-90) in teachers(n=88),policemen(n=118),cadres of Disabled Persons Federation(n=117),cadres of Women's Federation(n=119) and cadres of Civil Affair Departments(n=209) of Zhejiang Province.Results Somatization factor of teachers was significantly higher than the national norms,and interpersonal sensitivity and hostility were significantly lower than the national norms.Somatization factor of policemen was significantly higher than the national norms and interpersonal sensitivity was significantly lower than the norms.Each factor except somatization of cadres of Disabled Persons Federation and cadres of Civil Affair Department was significantly lower than the national norms.Somatization factor of cadres of women's Federation was significantly higher than the national norms,and obsessive-compulsive,interpersonal sensitivity,hostility and paranoid ideation were significant lower than the norms.Each factor of teachers was not different significantly with that of policemen,and many factor of cadres of Civil Affair Department were significantly lower than those of the two formers.Conclusion The results suggest that the mental health status of government employees was fine as a whole,and the mental health of teachers and policemen were similar with that of general people.
