奥美拉唑联合替普瑞酮治疗慢性浅表性胃炎的疗效及其对患者CD3+、CD4+及CD8+的影响

目的 观察奥美拉唑联合替普瑞酮治疗慢性浅表性胃炎的疗效及其对患者胃炎外周血中T淋巴细胞的影响.方法 选择新疆医科大学第一附属医院2014年5月至2016年5月收治的116例慢性浅表胃炎患者作为研究对象,采用随机数表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组58例.对照组患者给予奥美拉唑治疗,观察组给予奥美拉唑与替普瑞酮联合治疗,疗程为3周,比较两组患者治疗效果以及对胃炎外周血中CD3+、CD4+、CD8+T淋巴细胞的影响.结果 观察组患者的治疗总有效率为98.28%,明显高于对照组的84.48%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗前的CD3+、CD4+、CD8+等指标表达水平均较低,治疗后均有所提高,但观察组患者改善程度更好,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗期间不良反应发生率为10.34%,略低于对照组的13.79%,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 奥美拉唑与替普瑞酮联合治疗慢性浅表性胃炎患者的疗效更好,其可有效改善患者的临床症状,提高外周血中T淋巴细胞的表达水平,不良反应少,安全性好,可在临床上推荐应用.

Curative effect of omeprazole combined with teprenone in the treatment of chronic superficial gastritis patients and its influence on CD3+, CD4+ and CD8+

Objective To study the curative effect of omeprazole combined with teprenone in the treatment of chronic superficial gastritis patients and its influence on T lymphocyte in peripheral blood of gastritis. Methods A total of 116 cases of chronic superficial gastritis patients, who admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from May 2014 to May 2016, were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group ac-cording to random number table method, with 58 cases in each group. The control group were treated with omeprazole, and the observation group was treated with the combined therapy of omeprazole and teprenone. The course of treatment was 3 weeks. The therapeutic effects of two groups were compared and its effects on CD3+, CD4+, CD8+T lymphocytes in peripheral blood of gastritis were compared. Results The total effective rate was 98.28%in the observation group, which was significantly higher than 84.48% in the control group (P<0.05). The expression levels of CD3+, CD4+ and CD8+were lower in the two groups before the treatment, and all improved after the treatment, but the improvement in the observation group were better (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions was 10.34%in the observation group ver-sus 13.79% in the control group (P>0.05). Conclusion Omeprazole plus teprenone has better curative effect in the treatment of chronic superficial gastritis, which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of the patients and the ex-pression level of T lymphocytes in the peripheral blood, with the advantages of little adverse reactions, good safety, high practicability. It can be widely recommended in clinical application.
