中医延续护理改善脑卒中患者生活质量的应用价值

目的 研究中医延续护理改善脑卒中患者生活质量的应用价值.方法 选择2013年1月至2016年1月淮安市第一人民医院首次诊断急性脑卒中患者共86例,采用随机数表法分为对照组和观察组各43例,对照组采用中医常规护理,观察组采用延续护理,随访6个月,通过NIHSS量表,对两组患者的神经功能缺损进行测试和评价,并采用脑卒中专用生活质量量表(SS-QOL)和自制护理满意调查问卷评估护理效果.结果 两组治疗后NIHSS评分均比治疗前降低,且观察组(20.4±7.6)分]明显低于对照组(25.6±8.5)分],NIHSS降低程度(21.7±7.2)分]大于对照组(15.4±4.6)分],差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组治疗后SS-QOL评分均比治疗前升高,且观察组(124.5±28.7)分]明显高于对照组(92.6±25.3)分],升高程度(50.9±12.3)分]大于对照组(22.3±8.7)分],差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组的满意程度明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 中医延续护理可进一步改善脑卒中患者的生活质量,提高护理质量.

Application value of continuous nursing of traditional chinese medicine in improving the quality of life of patients with stroke

Objective To explore the application value of continuous nursing of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) in improving the quality of life (QOL) of patients with stroke. Methods A total of 86 consecutive patients first-ly diagnosed as acute stroke in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2016 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group by a random number table (43 cases in each group). The control group received TCM routine nursing, and the observation group was treated continuous nursing;both were followed up for 6 months. Neuro-logical deficits of the two groups were measured and evaluated by National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS), and nursing's effect was assessed by using the stroke specific quality of life scale (SS-QOL) and self-made nursing satis-faction questionnaire. Results The NIHSS scores of the two groups after nursing intervention were both lower than those before treatment, which were (20.4 ± 7.6) in observation group and (25.6 ± 8.5) in control group (P<0.05). The de-gree of reduction in NIHSS was greater than that of control group, (21.7±7.2) vs (15.4±4.6), P<0.05. The SS-QOL scores of the two groups were both higher than those before treatment:the score for observation group was (124.5±28.7), signif-icantly higher than (92.6 ± 25.3) for control group (P<0.05);the increasing degree was (50.9 ± 12.3) in observation group compared to (22.3±8.7) in control group (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction degree in observation group was significantly better than that in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion TCM Continuous nursing can further improve QOL of patients with stroke, and improve nursing quality.
