Toll样受体在早发型重度子痫前期 患者外周血和胎盘组织中的表达及临床意义

目的 探讨子痫前期患者外周血及胎盘组织中Toll样受体4(TLR4)的表达及其临床意义.方法 选取2015年3月至2016年3月深圳市龙华人民医院产一科收治的早发型重度子痫前期患者47例为观察组,以及同期入院体检健康的正常孕妇47例为对照组.采用RT-PCR检测患者外周血单个核细胞TLR4 mRNA表达,采用免疫组织化学法检测患者胎盘组织TLR4蛋白的表达.结果 观察组和对照组外周血单个核细胞TLR4 mRNA的相对表达量分别为(0.69±0.14)和(0.27±0.05),观察组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组胎盘组织TLR4蛋白表达明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 早发型重度子痫前期患者血清和胎盘组织中TLR4的水平明显升高,提示TLR4可能参与了早发型重度子痫前期的发病.

Expression of Toll-like receptors in peripheral blood and placental tissue of preeclampsia patients and its clinical significance

Objective To investigate the expression of Toll-like receptors-4 in peripheral blood and placental tissue in preeclampsia patients and its clinical significance. Methods From March 2015 to March 2016, a total of 47 cases of patients with early onset severe preeclampsia, who admitted to The First Department of Obstetrics of Longhua People's Hospital of Shenzhen City, were selected as the observation group, while 47 cases of normal pregnant people were selected as the control group. The peripheral blood and placental tissue of two groups were collected. The expres-sion of TLR4 mRNA in peripheral blood mononuclear cells was detected by RT-PCR, and the expression of TLR4 pro-tein in placenta tissue was detected by immunohistochemistry. Results The expression of TLR4 mRNA in peripheral blood mononuclear cells of the observation group was (0.69 ± 0.14), which was significantly higher than (0.27 ± 0.05) in the control group (P<0.05). The expression of TLR4 protein in placental tissue of observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The expression of TLR4 in in peripheral blood and placen-tal tissue in preeclampsia patients was significantly enhanced, suggesting that TLR4 may be related to the early onset of severe preeclampsia.
