奥沙西泮与劳拉西泮治疗广泛性焦虑症的对照研究

目的 研究奥沙西泮与劳拉西泮治疗广泛性焦虑的临床疗效和安全性.方法 回顾性分析广泛性焦虑障碍120例,随机分为两组,奥沙西泮组和劳拉西泮组,各60例,比较两组治疗后的临床疗效,以及评定治疗期间的不良反应发生率.结果 奥拉西泮组临床治疗有效率高于劳拉西泮组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗期间所发生的不良反应比率差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);奥拉西泮组治疗后肝功能异常低于劳拉西泮组.差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 奥沙西泮治疗广泛性焦虑症,临床疗效优于劳拉西泮,对肝功能影响小,安全性更高.

Efficacy and Safety of Oxazepam and Lorazepam for Patients with Generalized Anxiety Disorder

OBJECTIVE To investigate the efficacy and safety of oxazepam an d lorazepam for patients with generalized anxiety disorder.METHODSWTB Z 120 cases of generalized anxiety disorder with ICD-10 diagnosis standard w ere selected in our hospital,of which were randomly divided into oxazepam group(n=60) and lorazepam group (n=60),oxazepam group was given Escitalopram Oxalat e and lorazepam group was given Escitalopram Oxalate.The clinical curative were compared and the complication occurrence of the two groups were analyzed.ZRESULTS The effective rate of oxazepam group was 95.0%,and it was higher than iorazepam group (75.0%)(P<0.05).The difference o f adverse reactions occurrence from the two groups was no significance (P>0.05).The liver dysfunction rate of oxazepam group was lower thant hat iorazepam group (P<0.05).CONCLUSION The treatment for generalized anxiety disorder with oxazepam,that the clinical effe ct of it is better than lorazepam,and it has more suitabie for appiication in t he patients with generalized anxiety disorder.
