摘    要:目的 优选桂龙凝胶膏剂的提取工艺.方法 采用响应面法,以乌头总碱提取率和干膏得率为指标进行试验,考察乙醇浓度、乙醇用量、提取时间对桂龙凝胶膏剂提取工艺的影响.结果 最佳提取工艺为:乙醇浓度为81.48%,乙醇用量为15.94倍,提取时间为65.62min,提取2次,乌头总碱提取率和干膏得率分别为0.1372mg·g-1和26.16%.结论 优选的提取工艺稳定可行,为桂龙凝胶膏剂的制备提供了实验依据.

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To optimize the extraction process of Guilong Cataplasm.METHODS WTBZ The influential factors were ethanol concentration,solvent volume and extraction time.The evaluating indicator was the extraction rate of total a conitum alkaloids and dry extract yield.Response surface methodology(RSM) was used to optimize the process.RESULTS The optimum conditions o f extraction we re 81.48% ethanol,15.94 volume folds of solvent and 65.62 min for two extrac tion.CONCLUSION The optimized extraction process is stable a nd feasible,which provides a scientific reference for the preparation of Guilong Cataplasm.
