摘    要:目的 探讨高b值3.0T磁共振弥散加权成像(DWI)在前列腺癌(PCa)患者内分泌治疗中的应用价值.方法 收集海口市人民医院2014年1月至2016年9月40例经组织病理学确诊的PCa患者,分别在接受内分泌治疗前和治疗后1~2个月行DWI扫描,比较治疗前后前列腺癌区ADC值的差异.结果 40例PCa患者接受内分泌治疗前ADC值为(0.73±0.03)×10-3 mm2/s,内分泌治疗1~2个月后ADC值为(1.10±0.08)×10-3 mm2/s,较治疗前明显升高,差异有统计学意义(t=33.31,P=0.000).结论 PCa患者接受内分泌治疗后ADC值升高,高b值DWI可间接反映PCa内分泌治疗后微观结构的变化,为临床评估PCa内分泌治疗效果提供了可能.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical application of high-b-value diffusion-weighted (DW) magnet-ic resonance (MR) imaging (DWI) in the treatment of endocrine of prostate cancer patients. Methods Forty patients histologically confirmed prostate cancer (PCa) who underwent MRI scanning in our hospital from January 2014 to Sep-tember 2016 were selected as the research objects. DWI with b value of 1000 s/mm2 were performed before and 1 to 2 months after endocrine therapy, and the apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC) values of prostate cancer tissue before and after the treatment were statistically analyzed. Results The ADC values of forty patients with PCa were (0.73 ± 0.03) × 10-3 mm2/s before endocrine therapy, which was significantly lower than (1.10±0.08)×10-3 mm2/s after 1-2 months of en-docrine therapy (t=33.31, P=0.000). Conclusion The ADC value increased after endocrine therapy for PCa patients, and high-b-value DWI can indirectly reflect the microstructure changes after PCa endocrine therapy, which can be used to evaluate the effect of PCa endocrine therapy.
