| 摘 要： | 目的 调查海口市吸血蚊媒分布及蚊虫携带乙脑病毒的情况.方法 于2015年7月至2016年6月采用帐诱法捕捉蚊虫,用细胞培养法分离病毒,磁珠法提取病毒RNA、RT-LAMP扩增,并进行分子生物学鉴定.结果 于海口市捕捉蚊虫共561只,其中库蚊528只,占94.12%,伊蚊33只,占5.88%;库蚊研磨液接种于BHK21产生典型的细胞病变,RT-LAMP扩增产物经1%琼脂糖凝胶电泳鉴定显示,蚊媒体内乙脑病毒阳性.结论 海口市存在携带乙脑病毒的吸血蚊媒.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the distribution of blood-sucking mosquitoes and the situation of mosqui-toes carrying Japanese encephalitis virus in Haikou City. Methods The mosquitoes were caught by mosquito net from July 2015 to June 2016. The viruses were isolated by cell culture and RNA were extracted by paramagnetic particle meth-od. RT-LAMP was used for molecular biological identification. Results A total of 561 mosquitoes were collected, of which 94.12%were Culex (528) and 5.88%were Aedes mosquito (33). The cell pathological effects were observed in BHK21 inoculated grinding fluid of Culex. RT-LAMP amplification products were tested by electrophoresis with 1%agarose gel, which showed that Japanese encephalitis virus in Culex was positive. Conclusion There are mosquitos car-rying JEV in Haikou City. |
