健康教育对高血压患者服药依从性的影响

目的 探讨健康教育对高血压患者服药依从性的影响.方法 选择2015年1~12月期间深圳市宝安区松岗人民医院收治的128例高血压患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组64例,对照组患者给予常规健康宣教,观察组患者则给予系统性健康教育,干预时间为1年,比较两组患者的用药依从性并采用生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOLI-74)评价患者生活质量.结果 观察组患者用药依从性率为78.13%,明显高于对照组的60.94%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者GQOLI-74中躯体健康、心理健康、社会功能评分分别为(65.9±14.2)分、(66.2±13.5)分、(66.7±15.8)分,均明显高于对照组的(60.2±13.6)分、(60.1±12.4)分、(59.8±13.9)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 对高血压患者进行健康教育可以明显提高患者的用药依从性,从而改善患者的生活质量.

Influence of health education on medication compliance in patients with hypertension

Objective To explore the effect of health education on the compliance in patients with hyperten-sion. Methods A total of 128 hypertensive patiens, who admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to December 2015, were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to random number table method, with 64 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine health education, and the observation group was treated with systemic health education. The intervention time was 1 years. The compliance of the two groups was compared and the quality of life was assessed by the General Quality of Life Inventory-74 (GQOLI-74). Results The medication compliance rate in the observation group was 78.13%, which was significantly higher than 60.94%in the control group (P<0.05). The physical health, mental health and social function score of GQOLI-74 in the ob-servation group were (65.9±14.2), (66.2±13.5), (66.7±15.8), respectively, which were significantly higher than correspond-ing (60.2±13.6), (60.1±12.4), (59.8±13.9) in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Health education for patients with hypertension can significantly improve the compliance rate, thereby improving the quality of life of patients.
