| 摘 要： | 气管切开术是临床治疗中的一项重要的抢救措施和某些疾病的辅助治疗手段，一些患者甚至需要长期乃至终身带管以维持其呼吸功能。气管套管发生断裂而落入气道而导致气管异物，此种并发临床上较为少见。现结合我们的经验，对此类病例发生的原因及处理原则以及预防措施进行分析和总结。

Review the past literature content and combine with our experience. Comprehend the clinical manifestations and treatment of tracheal tube rupture is very important for prevention. |
