摘    要:目的:比较支撑喉镜下采用不同功率CO2激光和常规喉显微手术切除声带息肉患者的术后嗓音恢复时间。方法:200例声带息肉患者均分为4组,分别采用常规喉显微器械和功率为2w、4W、6W的CO2激光切除声带息肉,观察手术后嗓音恢复时间。结果:所有患者均一次切除病变,术后无呼吸困难、出血等并发症。喉显微器械组和CO2激光2W组恢复时间分别为7.2d和7.6d,分别与激光6W组比较差异均有统计学意义(P〈O.05)。结论:喉显微手术和小功率CO2激光手术切除声带息肉术后恢复时间短。

Abstract:Objective:To compare postoperative voice recovery time of vocal polyps treated with different pow- er levels of COz laser and conventional laryngeal microsurgery on vocal polyps. Method:Two hundred patients with vocal polyps were randomly divided into four groups , which were respectively treated with conventional laryngeal microsurgery and different power levels of CO2 laser (2 W, 4 W and 6 W)under laryngoscope. The postoperative voice recovery time were analyzed. Result: All vocal polyps were resected at one time without any serious complica- tions like dyspnea or bleeding. The postoperative voice recovery time were 7.2 days for the group of patients re- ceived conventional laryngeal microsurgery and 7.6 days for the group of patients treated with 2 W COz laser, which were both significantly different from that in the group of patients treated with 6 W COz laser(P〈0.05). Conclusion: The postoperative recovery time of patients treated with conventional laryngeal microsurgery and small power of CO2 laser is shorter than those operated with the other larger power of CO2 laser.
