军队医院卫生战备信息系统的开发与应用

目的 开发一种军队医院卫生战备信息管理系统,以实现军队医院卫生战备的信息化管理.方法 采用计算机软件、数据库和图文处理技术,借助软件开发平台进行系统的研制与调试.结果 卫生战备信息系统实现系统的初始化、任务分析、分队管理、药材装备、文书管理、战备训练、平转战、信息查询和系统维护等模块功能,实现了军队医院卫生战备工作管理、训练与考核的自动化,提高了军队医院卫生战备工作管理、训练的效率和水平.结论 开发的系统信息全面,操作简便,适应目前军队医院卫生战备建设和训练需要.

Development and application of medical war readiness information system for military hospital

Objective To design information-based management system of medical war readiness for military hospital and to achieve information-based management of medical war readiness. Methods The system was developed and debugged by using the com- puter software. Database and graphic processing technologies with software development platform. Results Medical war readiness infor- mation system were applied to realize the modularized function of mission analysis, team management, medical logistics, document man- agement, medical war preparedness training, peacetime-to-wartime medical service, information inquire, initial setting and system main- taining. The system had been realized as automation of military hospital medical war preparedness management, training and evaluation, and the efficiency and level were enhanced of military hospital medical war preparedness management, training and evaluation. Conclu- sion The system meets the need of military hospital combat readiness construction and training due to its comprehensive information and simple way of operation.
