三维右冠状动脉造影导管在冠状动脉造影中的应用

摘    要:目的比较三维右冠状动脉造影导管(3DRC)和Judkins右冠造影管(JR)在右冠状动脉造影中的可行性及安全性。方法417例患者中随机分为两组:三维右冠状动脉造影导管组(3DRC组,n=194)和Judkins右冠造影导管组(JR组,n=221)。两组患者均进行右侧冠状动脉造影检查,比较两组右冠状动脉造影成功率、手术操作时间、右冠状动脉造影X线曝光时间造影剂用量等。结果右侧冠脉造影成功率3DRC组为99.O%,JR组为96.8%(P〈0.05);手术操作时间3DRC组为(30.2±8.2)min,JR组为(33.1±12.5)min;X线曝光时间:3DRC组为(5.8±1.8)min,JR组为(6.3±2.0)min,(P〈0.05);右冠造影x线曝光时间:3DRC组为(2.5±0.8)min,JR组为(2.9±1.5)rain,(P〈0.05);造影剂用量:3DRC组为(68.5±10.6)ml,JR组为(72.8±12.2)ml,(P〈0.05);有冠状动脉造影管压力嵌顿率:3DRC组0.5%;JR组2.7%(P〈0.05)。结论在右侧冠状动脉造影中三维右冠状动脉造影导管优于传统的JR造影导管。

The application of 3DRC catheter in right coronary angiography

Abstract:Objective To compare the safety, feasibility and superiority between 3DRC and JR catheter in fight coronary angiography. Methods 417 patients were randomized into two groups and under- went right coronary, angiography either using 3DRC or JR cathter. Compare the X-ray irradiation time and achievement ratio of fight coronary angiography between two groups. Results significant differences were observed. The success rate of 3DRC group was 99.0% , and that of JR group was 96.8% ; the X-ray irradiation time was (2.5± 0.8 ) min in the 3DRC group, while it was (2.9± 1.5) rain in the JR group. Conclusion 3DRC catheter was safer, more feasible, and superior to traditional JR catheter in fight coronary angiography.
