c-fos、c-jun、c-myc蛋白表达与垂体腺瘤侵袭性的研究

目的　同时检测c fos、c jun、c myc基因蛋白在垂体腺瘤中表达及特点 ,探讨它们与肿瘤侵袭性的关系。方法　 6 0例垂体腺瘤分为侵袭性和非侵袭性垂体腺瘤两组 ,采用免疫组化EnVision法检测c fos、c jun、c myc基因蛋白。结果　c fos、c jun在侵袭性与非侵袭性垂体腺瘤中的蛋白表达无显著性差异 (P >0 0 5 ) ,c myc在侵袭性垂体腺瘤中的蛋白表达阳性率高于非侵袭性垂体腺瘤 ,有显著性差异 (P <0 0 5 ) ;c fos、c jun、c myc三者同时在侵袭性垂体腺瘤中的蛋白表达阳性率高于非侵袭性垂体腺瘤 ,有显著性差异 (P <0 0 5 )。结论　c myc蛋白在侵袭性垂体腺瘤中高表达 ,可能影响其生长及生物学行为 ,c myc可做为衡量垂体腺瘤侵袭性的一个参考指标。

Study on the relation between the protein expression of c-fos, c-jun and c-myc and pituitary adenoma invasion

Objective:To detect the protein expression of c-fos, c-jun and c-myc gene protein as well as their features by means of immunochemical pathology and inquire into its relation with knubbly invasion. Methods: Sixty patients with pituitary adenomas were divided into the invasion and noninvasion pituitary adenomas group, c-fos, c-jun and c-myc were measured by means of immunochemical EnVision. Results: The expressions of c-fos and c-jun in noninvasion pituitary adenomas were the same, positive rates of c-myc alone and all these three genes together in noninvasion pituitary adenomas was lower than in invasion pituitary adenomas. Conclusion: The protein expression of c-myc was higher among the invasion pituitary adenoma, and the former may affect the growth and biology behavior of the later, and can be a reference index to measure pituitary adenoma's invasion.
