针对性护理干预对神经外科患者术后感染控制辅助效果

目的：探讨神经外科对患者术后感染护理干预方法对护理质量的影响并分析针对性护理干预对神经外科科患者术后感染护理的重要性。方法：将2013年5月至2014年3月在我院神经外科就诊128例患者为研究对象,分成A、B两组,各64例患者。A组为对照组,使用常规的护理方式进行护理;B组为观察组,在常规护理的基础上,使用针对性护理干预的方式进行护理。观察护理前后,比较两组患者的院内感染发生率的变化,并且通过发放问卷调查的方式对两组患者进行满意度调查。结果：通过护理后的随访,观察组的术后院内感染发生率为4.7%,显著低于对照组的20.5%,患者差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;患者满意度,观察组为95.4%,对照组患者满意对为82.3%,两组患者满意度差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：对神经外科患者实施完善条件的针对性护理干预,可有效的降低神经外科患者术后院内感染的发生率,能够显著的提高神经外科的护理质量,加快患者康复速度并对医院护理工作水平提升有一定的现实意义。

Targeted Nursing Intervention in Patients with Neurosurgical Postoperative Infection Control Auxiliary Effect

Objective Explore the postoperative infection in neurosurgery patients nursing intervention methods of nursing quality and analysis the influence of nursing intervention in patients with nerve outside coco the importance of nursing care of postoperative infection . Methods In May 2013 to March 2013, 128 cases of patients in our hospital neurosurgery as the research object, is divided into A, B two groups, 64 patients. A group for the control group, using conventional nursing way; Group B as the observation group, on the basis of conventional nursing, using targeted nursing intervention approach to care. Were observed before and after nursing, compare two groups of patients with the change of the incidence of nosocomial infection, and through the way of a questionnaire survey on two groups of patients satisfaction survey. Results Through nursing after the follow-up, the incidence of postoperative nosocomial infection of observation group was 4.7 %, significantly lower than control group, 20.5 % of the patients with statisti cally significant difference （P 〈 0.05） ; Patient satisfaction, the observation group was 95.4%, control group patients satisfaction to 82.3M, two groups of patients satisfac- tion differences statistically significant （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Perfect condition of nursing in patients with neurosurgical intervention, which can effectively reduce the incidence rate of patients with neurosurgical postoperative nosocomial infection of, can significantly improve the nursing quality of neurosurgery, speed up the patients recovered and the hospital nursing level has a certain practical significance.
