肝动脉灌注化疗治疗胃癌同时多发性肝转移的疗效观察

 目的 评估肝动脉灌注化疗（HAI）联合姑息性胃切除术治疗胃癌同时多发性肝转移的疗效。 方法 按治疗方法不同将29例胃癌同时多发性肝转移患者分为HAI组和non-HAI组，回顾性分析HAI化疗的疗效。 结果 HAI化疗后CR4例，PR7例，有效率78.6%； HAI组的中位生存期为13.7月，non HAI组中位生存期为9.4月，经Log rank检验，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。 结论 HAI化疗能有效控制胃癌同时多发性肝转移患者的转移灶，可作为此类患者的治疗选择。

Efficacy of Hepatic Arterial Infusion Chemotherapy for Synchronous and Multiple Liver Metastases from Gastric Cancer

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of hepatic arterial infusion (HAI) chemotherapy combined with palliative gastrectomy for synchronous and multiple liver metastases from gastric cancer. Methods 29 patients with synchronous and multiple liver metastases from gastric cancer were divided into HAI group and non-HAI group. The efficacy of HAI chemotherapy group was retrospectively analyzed. Results In 14 patients from HAI group, 4 patients got CR and 7 patients got PR. The responding rate (CR+PR) of HAI chemotherapy was 78.6%. The median survival time was 13.7 months in HAI group and 9.4 months in non HAI group with significant difference (log rank test, P＜0.05). Conclusion HAI chemotherapy is an effective treatment procedure for control of liver metastases which could be considered as an option for synchronous and multiple liver metastases from gastric cancer.
