类风湿关节炎患者血清葡萄糖-6-磷酸异构酶检测及分析

目的探讨血清葡萄糖-6-磷酸异构酶（GPI）浓度对类风湿关节炎（RA）患者的诊断、病情评估和预后判断的意义。方法 ELISA法检测30例RA患者和30名健康体检者的血清GPI浓度,对GPI浓度与RA患者的体液免疫指标和临床资料进行相关性分析。结果 （1）RA血清GPI浓度为显著高于健康对照组（P=0.0003）。（2）GPI的阳性检出率与RF、抗CCP抗体的阳性检出率无显著差别,并与RF（r=0.677,P〈0.001）和抗CCP抗体（r=0.58,P=0.001）正相关。（3）GPI与ESR（r=0.579,P=0.0008）、DAS28（r=0.589,P=0.0006）和免疫球蛋白（r=0.43,P=0.016）正相关。（4）不同X线分期的RA血清GPI浓度无统计学意义。（5）GPI与关节外受累无关。结论 GPI可能成为RA的新的标志物,可以作为衡量RA病情活动度的指标,但在预后判断方面的意义有待进一步证实。

Analysis of Serum Glucose-6-phosphate Isomerase (GPI) in Patients with Rheumatoid Arthritis

Objective To evaluate the role of glucose-6-phosphate isomerase（GPI） in diagnosis,assessment and prognosis of rheumatoid arthritis（RA）.Methods The concentration of serum GPI in 30 RA patients and 30 normal controls was measured by ELISA method.The correlation analysis was performed between GPI and humoral immune parameters and clinical data of the RA patients.Results（1） Serum GPI concentration in RA patients was significantly higher than that of normal controls（P=0.0003）.（2） The positive rate of GPI in RA patients was not different from that of rheumatoid factors（RF） and anti-cyclic citrullinated peptide（anti-CCP） antibody.GPI was positively associated with the level of RF（r=0.677,P0.001）and anti-CCP antibody（r=0.58,P=0.001）.（3） GPI was positively associated with erythrocyte sedimentation rate（ESR）（r=0.579,P=0.0008）,DAS28（r=0.589,P=0.0006） and immunoglobulin（r=0.43,P=0.016）.（4） No statistical difference in GPI was found between the group with bone erosion and that without bone erosion.（5） No statistical significance was found between GPI and the extra-articular manifestations of RA.Conclusion GPI concentration is of great importance in RA diagnosis and can be a useful indicator to assess the disease activity of RA.But further studies are needed to determine its role in RA prognosis.
