天麻钩藤饮对高血压病肝阳上亢证胰岛素抵抗的影响

目的：观察天麻钩藤饮对高血压病（肝阳上亢型）患者胰岛素抵抗的影响。方法：采用随机对照方法，观察天麻钩藤饮组（31例）和对照组（31例）治疗前后空腹胰岛素（FINS）、血糖（FPG），餐后2h胰岛素和血糖，胰岛素敏感性指数（ISI），血脂六项的变化。结果：治疗后两组血压较治疗前显著下降，ISI显著提高；治疗组TC、TG、LDL-C、ApoB降低。HDL-C、ApoA-I升高。对照组以上各项指标无明显变化。结论：天麻钩藤饮和福辛普利有稳定的降压作用，同时对原发性高血压胰岛素抵抗有改善作用，并且天麻钩藤饮对胰岛素抵抗的治疗作用优于福辛普利。

To Determine the Effects of Tianmagouteny Decoction on Lnsulin Resistance in Patients with Essential Hypertension

Objective:To determine the effects of Tianmagouteng Decoction (TD) on insulin resistance in patients with essential hypertension. Methods :62patients were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.The treatment course was four weeks.The blood pressure,fasting serum glucose,insulin levels and the indexes after 2 hours of eating, TG,TC,HDL-C,Apo A-I, ApoB, LDL-Cwere mearsured,and insulin sensitivity index was calculated before and after treatment in control group and treatment group.Results :The blood pressure was lower in the two groups after the treatment than that of before treatment.Compared with before the treatment,the insulin sensitivity index was increased but the fosinopril exhibited decrease in the control group after treatment. Conclusion:The study indicates Tianmagouteng Decoction (TD) has beneficial effects on lowering blood preasure and improving insulin resistance in patients with essential hypertension.
