肾上腺节细胞神经瘤18例临床分析

目的：探讨肾上腺节细胞神经瘤的临床表现、诊断和治疗方法。方法：回顾性分析18例肾上腺节细胞神经瘤患者的临床资料。患者年龄4-59（28．6±13．8）岁。7例行开放手术，11例行后腹腔镜手术。结果：18例患者术后恢复良好，随访3个月～15年．肿瘤无转移和复发。开放手术组肿瘤最大径（5．1±1．5）cm；手术时间（128．6±31．3）min；估计出血量（132．9±46．8）ml；术后住院天数（10．0±2．3）d。后腹腔镜手术组肿瘤最大径（4．9±2．0）cm；手术时间（59．1±23．0）min；估计出血量（16．4±8．1）ml；术后住院天数（6．0±1．5）d。结论：肾上腺节细胞神经瘤是少见的良性肿瘤，多无临床症状，B超、CT、MR可提示肾上腺区实性肿物，确诊靠病理。手术是主要的治疗方法，行腹腔镜手术优于行开放手术。本病预后良好。

Clinical analysis of adrenal ganglioneuroma: report 18 cases

Objective： To discuss the clinical features, the diagnosis and treatment of adrenal ganglioneuroma. Methods： Data of 18 cases of adrenal age were from 4 to 59 years old （28.6±13.8）. Of the ganglioneuroma were reviewed retrospectively. Their 18 cases, 7 patients underwent open operation, 11 patients underwent retroperitoneal laparoscopic excision. Results： The recovery of the 18 patients was smoothly. All patients were followed up from 4 months to 15 years, no recurrence and metastasis occurring after excision of the tumor. In the group of open operation, mean tumor size was （5.1±1.5）cm; Mean operative time was （128.6±31.3）min; Mean estimated blood loss was （132.9±46.8）ml; Postoperative hospital stay was （10.0±2.3）d. In the group of retroperitoneal laparoscopic excision, mean tumor size was （4.9±2.0）cm; Mean operative time was （59.1±23.0） min; Mean estimated blood loss was （ 16.4±8.1 ） ml; Postoperative hospital stay was （6.0±1.5）d. Conclusion： Resection of the adrenal ganglioneuroma is an important treatment with favorable prognosis. Retroperitoneal laparoscopic excision should be preferred surgical method.
