摘    要:目的建立基于地理信息系统(GIS)的石家庄市媒介生物信息管理系统,提高媒介生物信息的管理水平,为进一步研究媒介及媒介生物性疾病打下基础。方法在Windows 2003操作平台下,利用Visual studio 2008、SQL Server2000、mapinfo等工具进行GIS系统的二次集成和开发,利用ASP.NET的高效、安全等特性开发石家庄市媒介生物信息管理系统。结果建立了石家庄市重要媒介生物本底数据库、专家知识数据库,构建了媒介生物监测数据网络直报平台。结论建立了基于GIS的媒介生物信息管理系统,达到了对有基层人员远程教育的目的,实现了石家庄市重要媒介生物相关信息的数字化管理、信息资源的网络共享以及监测数据的可视化,为进一步研究自然疫源地及媒介生物性传染病的发生和变化提供依据。

Abstract:Objective To establish vector information management system based on geographic information system(GIS) of Shijiazhuang,so as to improve the management level of vector information,and lay foundation for the further study of vectors and vector-borne diseases.Method Under the Windows 2003 operating platform,do secondary integration and development of GIS system by applying Visual studio 2008,SQL Server 2000,mapinfo and other softwares,and develop vector information management system according to the high efficiency,security and other characteristics of ASP.NET.Results Establish background database and expert database of important vectors,and construct network direct reporting platform of vector monitoring data.Conclusions The establishment of vector information management system based on GIS achieved the goal of remote training of elementary personnel,realized the digital management of relevant information of important vectors,network sharing of information resources,and visualization of monitoring data,so as to provide basis for further research of natural foci and the occurrence and change of vector-borne diseases.
