黄芪与山莨菪碱对失血性休克兔肺缺血再灌注损伤保护作用的比较

摘    要:目的 比较黄芪与山莨菪碱对失血性休克兔肺缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用。方法 新西兰大白兔 2 4只。随机分为三组 ,H组 (n =8) :10g/kg黄芪注射液治疗组 ;S组 (n =8) :2 5mg/kg山莨菪碱注射液治疗组 ;C组 (n =8) :生理盐水对照组。复制失血性休克模型 ,观察肺湿干重比 (W/D)、肺组织损伤评分 ,测定血浆超氧化物歧化酶和丙二醛。结果 光学显微镜下可以观察到 ,C组肺脏呈重度或极重度损伤 ;H组和S组肺脏呈轻度或中度损伤。C组D/W值及肺损伤评分明显大于H、S组 (P <0 0 1) ,H、S两组间比较差异无显著性 (P >0 0 5 )。C组血浆超氧化物歧化酶明显低于其它两组 ,丙二醛明显高于其它两组 (P <0 0 1或P <0 0 5 ) ;H组血浆超氧化物歧化酶明显高于其它两组 ,丙二醛明显低于其它两组 (P <0 0 1或P <0 0 5 1)。结论 对于失血性休克兔肺组织中 ,黄芪比山莨菪碱具有更强的清除氧自由基作用 ,但两者对肺缺血再灌注损伤有相似的保护作用。

Abstract:Objective To compare the effects of stragalus membranaceus and anisodamine on lung ischemia╱reperfusion injury during hemorrhage shock i n rabbits. Methods 24 rabbits were randomly divided into thre e Groups: Group H (n=8), used Astragalus membranaceus (10 g/kg); Group S ( n=8), used Anisodamine (2.5 mg/kg); Group C (n=8), used saline as thera peutic drugs. After hemorrhage shock 60 minutes and recovering therapy 60 minnu tes, wet weight/dry weight ratio (W/D) and injury scores of lung, SOD and MDA of lung tissue were detected. Results Histopathologic examinatio n results show that lung injury in Group H or Group S was mild or moderate, but severe or maximum in Group C. The values of W/D and lung injury scores in Group H and Group S were lower than that in Group C(P<0.01), but there were no significantly difference between Group H and Group C (P>0.05). Compared to other two Groups, SOD was the lowest and MDA highest in Group C (P<0.01 or P<0.05), SOD was highest and MDA lowest in Group H (P<0.01 or P<0.05). Conclusions Stragalus membranaceus can more signi f icantly reduce oxygen-derived free radicals in pulmonary tissue than anisodamine , but both have similar effect on avoiding the lung damage during hemorrhage sho ck in rabbits.
