高频彩色多普勒在乳腺疾病中的应用

目的 评价高频超声及彩色多普勒对乳腺疾病的诊断价值。方法 本研究对经手术证实的28例乳腺癌。20例纤维腺瘤，70例乳腺增生，15例乳腺炎进行二维及多普勒超声检查。结果 乳腺癌的RI值，PI值比纤维腺瘤，乳腺增生、乳腺炎有显著增高而后三组之间无显著差异。结论 高频彩色多普勒超声有助于临床对乳腺疾病的诊断。

Application of High Frequency Color Doppler Ultrasonography in the Breast Disease

Objective To evaluate the value of the high frequency ultrasound and color Doppler ultrasonography in diagnosis of breast disease. Methods 28 breast carcinoma cases, 20 breast adenoma cases,confirmed by operation and pathology, 70 breast gland hypertrophy,15 acute mastitis were involved in this observation,they were investigated by two-dimensional high frequency ultrasound and color Doppler ultrasouography. Results The RI, PI is significant thickened in breast carcinoma cases, have no difference for the breast adenoma cases, breast gland hypertrophy, acute mastitis. Conclusion The high frequency color Doppler ultrasonography is helpful for diagnosing breast disease.
