联合手术治疗晚期新生血管性青光眼的临床观察及护理

目的 回顾性总结复合式小梁切除术联合睫状体冷凝治疗晚期新生血管性青光眼的疗效及护理方法.方法 将58例晚期新生血管性青光眼分为实验组30例,对照组28例,实验组采用复合式小梁切除术联合睫状体冷凝术,并实施全身及眼科护理；对照组采用抗青光眼小梁切除术.结果 实验组的成功率高于对照组,两组比较有显著性差异(P＜0.05).结论 联合手术及抗代谢药物的应用,是一种治疗晚期新生血管性青光眼较有效的方法,而良好的综合护理,在提高治愈率的同时,能有效地减少术后并发症,减轻患者的痛苦,故是可行和值得推广的.

Clinical observation and nursing of neovascular glaucoma at late stage with combined surgery

Objective To summarize clinical effect and nursing method of curing neovascular glaucoma at late stage with trabeculectomy combined with cyclocryotherapy retrospectively.Methods A total of 58 patients with neovascular glaucoma were divided into two groups.Thirty cases were in experimental group and 28 cases were in control group.The patients were treated with trabeculectomy combined with cyclocryotherapy in experimental group,while trabeculectomy in control group.Results Success rate of experimental group was higher than that of control group,there was significant difference ( P ＜ 0.05 ).Conclusions Combined surgery and the application of antimetabolites is an effective method on curing neovascular glaucoma at late stage.Good comprehensive nursing can both improve cure rate and effectively decrease complication,relieve patients' pains.
