非肾脏病科医生对慢性肾衰竭知晓率的调查研究

目的 调查二、三甲医院非肾脏病科和社区医院临床医生对慢性肾衰竭(chronic renal failure,CRF)高危人群、肾外系统首发表现、加重因素及可逆因素的知晓情况.方法 对天津市3所三甲、3所二甲及9所社区医院非肾脏病科医生共905名进行问卷调查,并进行统计分析.结果 非肾脏病科临床医生对CRF高危人群全部知晓率为0,全部不知晓二甲医院所占比例最高(23.9%);对CRF肾外系统首发表现全部知晓三甲医院占5.6%,社区医院为0,全部不知晓二甲医院所占比例最高(53.1%);对CRF加重因素全部知晓率为0;对CRF可逆因素仅少数二、三甲医院医生知晓5项以上(2.7%);342名临床医生对CRF与本专科密切相关的首发表现不知晓率均＞50%.结论 我国对CRF防治认识不足具有一定的普遍性,应加强科普宣传,使各科医生充分了解CRF相关知识,以提高对CRF的知晓率、早期诊断率、治疗率及控制率,延缓病情进展.

An Investigation of Awareness Rate of Chronic Renal Failure in Doctors from Non-Urology Department

Objective To investigate the awareness rate of chronic renal failure（CRF） high-risk populations,CRF initial symptoms,CRF aggravate factors and reversible factors among doctors from grade A class three hospitals,grade A class two hospitals and community hospitals.Methods 905 doctors from 3 grade A class three hospitals,3 grade A class two hospitals and 9 community hospitals were recruited in this study.Results Full awareness rate of CRF high risk population by doctors from non-nephrology Department was 0;23.9% of doctors from class two hospitals knew nothing about this respect.Full awareness rate of CRF initial symptoms by doctors from class three hospitals and community hospitals was 5.6% and 0,respectively.The rate of unawareness of class two hospitals was the highest（53.1%）.Full awareness rate of CRF aggravate factors was 0,and only few doctors from class two and class three hospitals knew about more than five CRF reversible factors（2.7%）.More than 50% doctors in related divisions knew nothing about CRF initial symptoms.Conclusion The awareness of the prevention and treatment of CRF is not strong among the investigated hospitals.Promotion of the scientific knowledge on CRF should be made among doctors from all departments to raise the awareness rate,the early diagnosis rate,the treatment rate and the control rate of CRF,thus slowing down the progress of CRF.
