健康教育对首发精神分裂症患者家属心理状态的影响

目的 通过对首发精神分裂症患者家属在患者入院时和出院时心理状态的评定,探讨健康教育对首发精神分裂症患者家属心理状态的影响.方法 将80例首发精神分裂症患者家属随机分为研究组和对照组,研究组给予系统的健康教育,对照组采用一般常规护理,分别于患者入院时和出院时对家属进行SCL - 90、SDS、SAS问卷调查.结果 两组人组时比较差异无显著性,突出的心理问题为躯体化、强迫、焦虑、抑郁等,出院时患者家属心理状态比较差异有非常显著性(P＜0.01).结论 首发精神分裂症患者家属存在不同程度的心理问题,系统的健康教育宣教可有效改善患者家属异常心理状态.

Effect of health education on the psychological states of the families of the patients with the first episode schizophrenia

Objective To explore the effect of health education on the psychological states of the families of the patients with the first episode schizophrenia.Methods A total of 80 cases family members of patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into research group and control group.The patients in research group were treated with systematic health education,and the patients in control group were treated with routine nursing.The families were investigated by the questionnaire of SCL - 90,SDS,SAS respectively when hospitalized and after discharged.Results There were some the psychological problems such as somzatization,obsession,depression and anxiety when the patients were hospitalized.After discharged the psychological state of patients'family were improved significantly through health education ( P＜0.01 ).Condusions The systematic health education can effectively improve psychological state of the patients'family.
