糖尿病合并抑郁患者的中医证候特点

目的 运用回顾性研究方法对糖尿病合并抑郁患者的中医证候特点进行临床研究.方法 选择曙光医院内分泌科2型糖尿病患者110例,应用抑郁自评量表(SDS》对其合并抑郁的情况进行临床调查,并对其中医症候及不同辨证分型进行临床观察.结果 在110例糖尿病合并抑郁患者中,临床症状以乏力、视物模糊、口干口苦、手足发麻等较为多见,中医辨证以虚证为主.结论 糖尿病合并抑郁患者的中医证候特点以虚证为主,大多数病人有虚实夹杂的表现,临床上本虚以气虚、肾虚、气阴两虚为多见.在气血津液辨证中以气虚证多见,脏腑辨证中以肾精亏虚证多见.

Traditional Chinese medical syndrome and characteristics of patients with diabetes millitus and depression

Objective To investigate the traditional Chinese medical(TCM) syndrome and characteristics of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM) and depression.Methods 110 patients in Shuguang Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai University of TCM were investigated for depression status by SDS self-rating.TCM syndrome and differentiation was also analyzed.Results 110 patients were detected with depression,most of which suffered from hypodynamia,blurred vision,numbness of limbs,dry and bitter mouth.The main syndrome is deficiency syndrome.Conclusion The mainly syndrome of patients with diabetes millitus and depression is deficiency.Most patients are found with deficiency-excess syndrome.Qi deficiency is more popular in qi-blood and yin-yang syndrome differentiation,so is kidney essence in visceral syndrome differentiation.
