左氧氟沙星三联疗法根除幽门螺杆菌的临床观察

目的 观察左氧氟沙星+阿莫西林+枸橼酸铋雷尼替丁(RBC)与标准三联疗法根除幽门螺杆菌(Hp)的疗效比较.方法 将62例符合条件的(Hp)阳性的慢性胃炎或消化性溃疡患者,随机分为两组.治疗组:给予左氧氟沙星(500 mg qd)+阿莫西林(1 g bid)+ RBC(350 mg bid)治疗10d;对照组:给予克拉霉素(500 mgbid)+阿莫西林(1 g bid)+泮托拉唑(40 mg bid)治疗10 d.观察两组治疗的疗效及不良反应,并在疗程结束4周后检测两组Hp的根除率.结果 治疗组和对照组的Hp根除率分别为93.55％( 29/31)、74,19％(23/31),差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05),而症状的缓解率、不良反应率分别为90.32％(28/31)、87.10％(27/31)和1290％(4/31)、9.68％( 3/31),两组差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 左氧氟沙星+阿莫西林+RBC三联疗法根除Hp疗效优于标准三联疗法.

Levofloxacin, amoxicillin and ranitidine triple-therapy for the helicobacter pylori eradication

Objective Compare the therapeutic effects of levofloxacin(LVFX),amoxicillin and ranitidine(RBC) triple-therapy and the standard triple-therapy on eradicating the H.pylori.Methods 62 Hp-positive patients with chronic gastritis or peptic ulcer were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group was treated with LVFX(500mg bid) + Amoxicillin(1 g bid) + RBC(350 mg bid) for 10 days,and the control group were treated with clarithromycin(CLA)(500 mg bid) + Amoxicillin(1 g bid) + Pantoprazole(40mg bid) for 10 days.Two groups both undergo the 14C-UBT for the evaluation of the therapeutic effect and untoward effect 4 weeks after the treatments.Results The Hp eradication rate of the treatment group and the control group were 93.54%(29/31) and 74.19%(23/31),respectively,with significant difference(P<0.05).The remission rates of the two groups were 90.32%(28/31) and 87.10%(27/31),respectively,with no significant difference;while the untoward effect rates of the two were 12.90%(4/31) and 9.68%(3/31),respectively,with no significant difference.Conclusion The therapeutic effect of LVFX + Amoxicillin + RBC is better than that of the standard triple-therapy.
