血管内支架治疗鼻咽癌放疗后颈部血管狭窄30例临床分析

目的 探讨血管内支架置人术对鼻咽癌放疗后的颈动脉狭窄的疗效.方法 对30例鼻咽癌患者放疗后出现严重狭窄的血管行支架置人术并进行随访.结果 30例患者中23例为男性,7例为女性,对14例严重狭窄的颈内动脉及16例严重狭窄的颈总动脉行支架置入术,经过随访并未发现有支架内再狭窄.结论 颈动脉支架置入术创伤小、围手术期并发症少,对于鼻咽癌放疗后颈部血管重度狭窄是一种有效的治疗手段.

Clinical study on the effect of endovascular sents in treating cervical artery stenosis after radiotherapy in 30 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of endovascular stents for cervical artery stenosis after radiotherapy in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC).Methods Thirty patients,including 23 males and 7 females,suffering cervical artery stenosis after radiotherapy were treated with balloon angioplasty and endovascular stent implantation.All the patients were followed up.Results The operation in all the patients were performed successfully.During the following-up,no restenosis in stents was found in all the cases.Conclusion Endovascular stent implantation is effective for treating patients with NPC suffering cervical artery stenosis after radiotherapy,which is less invasive,with fewer perioperative complications.
