| Abstract: | The immunoregulation effect mediated by vitamin D receptor(VDR)is known to be associated with tuberculosis susceptibility and response for treatment.The association between VDR gene polymorphism and tuberculosis susceptibility and treatment response is discussed in this review based on both clinical and basic research. |
