我院2010年医院感染现患率调查

目的了解医院感染现状以及抗菌药物的使用情况。方法采用现况调查的方法,对所有住院患者采用床旁询问病情和在架病历查阅相结合的方法进行调查。结果调查住院患者1 631例,医院感染现患率为5.88%,例次感染率为6.19%;感染主要是上呼吸道,其次是下呼吸道、手术部位、胃肠道;全院抗菌药物日使用率为36.17%,509例患者中治疗用药占68.98%,预防用药占19.83%,治疗加预防用药占11.19%。结论加强重点医院感染管理,提高临床病原学送检率,合理使用抗菌药物,才能有效降低医院感染发生率。

Investigation of prevalence rate of nosocomial infection in 2010

Objective To assess the current status of nosocomial infection and antibiotics utilization of the hospital.Methods Using the method of cross-sectional investigation,the bedside inquiry was made and the medical records of all the hospitalized patients were referred to.Results 1631 patients were investigated,prevalence rate of infection was 5.88%,and case infection rate was 6.19%.The main sites of infetion were upper respiratory tract,lower respiratory tract,operativesite and gastrointestinal tract.The daily antibiotics use rate was 36.17%,of 509 cases,68.98% was intended for active treatment,19.83% for preventive regimen,11.19% for active treatment and preventive regimen.Conclusion Strengthening the management in the key department,increasing the delivering rate of etiology,and being rational to use antibiotics can reduce effectively the rate of nosocomial infection.
