112例隐裂牙的临床分析

目的 探讨牙隐裂的临床特征与疗效.方法 观察记录112例确诊为隐裂牙患者的年龄、性别、牙位、隐裂特征等,进行综合诊治,调整咬颌后,根据牙髓活力状态采用复合树脂充填、根管治疗加全冠修复,随访6个月后.结果 40～60岁患者牙隐裂发生率最高,以上颌第一磨牙发生率最高,隐裂纹走向主要为近远中向.对牙髓活力正常组治疗成功率68.1％,好转率14.9％,失败率17％,有效率83％；对牙髓炎组治疗成功率86.2％,好转率9.2％,失败率5.6％,有效率为93.8％.结论 对隐裂牙进行准确诊断,按牙髓活力状态选择合理的治疗方案能有效保留患牙,恢复咬合功能.

Clinical analysis of 112 cases of cracked teeth

Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of 112 cracked teeth.Methods Observed and recorded characteristic features of the cracked teeth including age and gender,the position and the location of crack line,all cracked teeth were adjusted the cusp height,cases with normal pulpal status were prepared and restored with resin,and cases with pulpitis were done with root canal treatment and crown restoration.All the patients were followed up after 6 months.Results The most prevalent age was 40~60 years old,Cracked teeth were found most frequently in the first maxillary molar,and most of the cracked line was observed in the mesiodistal direction.In the teeth with normal pulpal status,68.1% was successfully,14.9% was better,while 17.0% was failed.The effectiveness was 83.0%.In the cases of pulpitis 86.2% was successfully,9.2% was better,while 5.6% was failed.The effectiveness was 93.8%.Conclusion Reasonable clinical diagnosis and treatment can contribute to the retention of the cracked teeth and restore the occlusion.
