| 摘 要： | 目的验证健脾养血汤防治肿瘤化疗毒副作用。方法非小细胞肺癌患者79例,随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组给予TP方案化疗;观察组同时口服健脾养血汤21天。观察0、7、14、20天的外周血常规变化、集落刺激因子用量和胃肠道毒性反应。结果健脾养血汤可减轻化疗的骨髓抑制作用,减少集落刺激因子用量,并减轻化疗的消化道毒性反应,降低恶心呕吐的发生率。

| Abstract: | Objective To verify Jianpi Yangxue Tang preventing and treating toxic reaction of cancer chemotherapy.Methods Non-small cell lung cancer patients 79 patients were randomly divided into trial group and control group.The control group give TP regimen;while the observation group give TP regimen and oral Jianpi Yangxue Tang 21 days.Observed d0,d7,d14,d20-day blood-routine changes,The amount of colony-stimulating factor and gastrointestinal toxicity.Results Jianpi Yangxue Tang can reduce bone marrow toxicity,reduce the amount of colony-stimulating factor,and reduce the gastrointestinal toxicity of chemotherapy and reduce the incidence of nausea and vomiting. |
