Survivin与PLK1在T细胞淋巴瘤中的表达及其临床意义

目的 通过对T细胞淋巴瘤中Survivin、PLK1表达的研究,并结合临床病理参数,探讨Survivin、PLK1与T细胞淋巴瘤及其生物学行为的关系.方法 应用免疫组织化学方法检测50例T细胞淋巴瘤及30例反应性增生淋巴组织中Survivin、PLK1的表达.结果 T细胞淋巴瘤中Survivin、PLK1蛋白表达均显著高于反应性增生淋巴组织中的表达(P＜0.05).Survivin、PLK1蛋白在不同恶性程度及临床分期组间的表达差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).此外,T细胞淋巴瘤中Survivin、PLK1蛋白在不同性别、年龄、发生部位中的表达差异均无统计学意义(P＞0.05).经Spearman等级相关分析发现Survivin、PLK1蛋白在T细胞淋巴瘤中的表达呈正相关(P＜0.01).结论 Survivin、PLK1在T细胞淋巴瘤中呈高表达,且与肿瘤恶性程度与临床分期相关,与性别、年龄、发生部位无关.两者在T细胞淋巴瘤中的表达呈正相关.Survivin和PLK1的高表达可能是T细胞淋巴瘤发生发展的重要生物学标志.

Expressions of Survivin and PLK1 in T-cell lymphoma and their clinical significances

Objective To investigate the relationship between the expressions of Survivin,PLK1 in T-cell lymphoma,and to explore the relationship between Survivin,PLK1,T-cell lymphoma and its biological behavior.Methods The expressions of Survivin,PLK1 were detected in 50 cases of T-cell lymphoma and 30 cases of reactive hyperplasia Lymph node by immunohistochemistry.Results The positive rates of Survivin and PLK1 expressions in T-cell lymphoma were significantly higher than those in reactive hyperplasia Lymph node(P<0.05).The expression of Survivin and PLK1 showed statistically significant difference in different degree of malignancy and clinical stage(P<0.05),but showed no statistically significant difference in different age,gender,occurrence site(P>0.05).And the expressions of Survivin and PLK1 were found to be positively correlated.Conclusion Survivin and PLK1 were highly expressed in T-cell lymphoma,which was significantly correlated with the degree of malignancy and the clinical stage,but not with age,gender and occurrence site.The high expression of Survivin and PLK1 may be important biological markers for the development and progression of T-cell lymphoma.
