柴胡龙骨牡蛎汤治疗恶性肿瘤化疗后并发抑郁症临床观察

目的观察柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤加减治疗肿瘤化疗后并发抑郁症的临床疗效。方法应用Zung抑郁自评量表,汉密尔顿（HAMD）抑郁量表对患者进行评分判断,筛选抑郁状态病例共64例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各32例。治疗组给予柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤加减治疗,对照组则口服盐酸帕罗西汀片,两组均以30天为1疗程,共观察1疗程。主要比较两组治疗前后及两组间SDS评分、HAMD评分情况及疗效比较。结果两组治疗前后比较,抑郁评分均有降低,且具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;两组间比较疗效相当（P〉0.05）。两组用药均可改善临床症状,且疗效相当（P〉0.05）。结论柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤治疗肿瘤抑郁症抑郁评分均有降低,临床疗效与盐酸帕罗西汀片疗效相当,且无胃肠道不良反应,值得临床推广。

Chaihujialonggumuli Decoction Treating Depression Patients of Cancer after Chemotherapy and Clinical Observation

Objective Observing the clinicial effects with Chaihujialonggumuli Decoction treating depression patients of cancer after chemotherapy.Methods We selected 64 depression patients of tumors by Zung self-rating depression scale,Hamilton (HAMD) in patients with depression scale scores,and divided into treatment group and control group randomly,32 patients in each group.The treatment group patients received Chaihujialonggumuli Decoction,control group took PAROXETINE HCL.30 days in both groups was a treatment course,one course was observed.We compared SDS score,HAMD score before and after treatment and clinicial effects between the two groups.Results Depression scores were lower with before and after treatment.So the significant is statistical (P<0.05).Significant effect between the two groups (P> 0.05).Two groups of drugs can improve clinical symptoms,and the efficacy between two groups is similar (P> 0.05).Conclusion Chaihujialonggumuli Decoction for treatment of depression in cancer is worth promoting,and the side effect is small.
