循证医学在神经病学临床实习教学中的应用

摘    要:目的 探讨循证医学在神经病学临床实习教学中的应用效果.方法 将海南医学院五年制临床专业实习学生40名随机分为循证教学组和传统教学组(每组20名).循证教学组教授循证医学知识、按照循证医学教学模式进行带教,传统教学组以临床查房、经验传授和技能操作为主要传统教学模式.比较实习结束后两组学生对临床实习教学满意度评分、神经病学理论、实践技能考核成绩以及临床本科毕业考试成绩.结果 循证教学组在掌握神经病学理论及技能方面优于传统教学组(P<0.05),对神经病学兴趣和教学满意度高于传统教学组,在临床毕业考试成绩中优于传统教学组(P<0.05).结论 循证医学教学模式有利于提高学生对神经病学实习的兴趣,有利于运用正确的循证实践方法解决临床问题,为学生将来进入临床工作形成良好的医疗行为打下基础.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the application of evidence-based medicine(EBM) in the teaching of clinical practice of neurology.Methods Forty students of clinic of Hainan Medical College were randomly divided into evidence-based teaching group(n=20) and traditional teaching groups(n=20).The mode of evidence-based teaching group was based on EBM and the mode of traditional teaching groups based on clinical rounds,experience and skills.The rates of satisfaction to clinical practice teaching,the scores of neurological theory and practical skills test as well as clinical graduate examination were compared between the two groups.Results Students in the evidence-based teaching group showed significantly better performance in neurological theory and practical skills,clinical graduate examination than those in the traditional teaching group(P<0.05).More students in the evidence-based teaching group were interested in neurology and satisfied with the clinical practice teaching of neurology.Conclusion The teaching mode of evidence-based medicine benefits students by enhancing their interest of neurology,providing them with correct method for solving clinical problems,and preparing them with a good basis for future clinical work.
