80例过早搏动患者的中医证候研究

目的研究心脏过早搏动患者的中医证候特点.方法用临床流行病学调查方法调研各种早搏患者的证候情况,然后用SAS统计软件中的对应相关方法进行分析.结果特发性早搏患者与证候相关性弱,而原发病为冠心病和高血压的早搏患者的证候复杂,且相关性强,并与其原发病的证候关系密切.早搏以速率来划分 :快速性早搏与热证的相关关系显著,慢速的早搏与寒证的相关关系显著.结论与特发性早搏比较,有原发病早搏的证候与其原发病的证候关系紧密,因此在临床上应注意原发病的治疗.

Symptom manifestations in 80 patients with premature beat

Objective To study the characteristic of the symptom manifestation of eraditional Chinese medicine (SMTCM) in patients with premature beat(PB).Method To investigate SMTCM in different patients with PB by using epidemiology method, then analyze the data with SAS statistic software.Results The patients with idiopathic PB had a weak relativity with SMTCM, and those with coronary heart disease or hypertension as the primary disease had complicated SMTCM, and a strong relativity, which had a close relationship with the primary disease. PB was divided into rapid PB, which was related to heat syndrome of TCM, and slow PB, which was related to cold syndrome of TCM.Conclusion SMTCM of patients with primary diseases have a closer relationship with their primary diseases, compared with that of patients with idiopathic PB. It is important to pay more attention to the treatment of the primary diseases in clinic.
