| 摘 要： | 目的]观察功能康复运动对急性脑卒中后偏瘫患肢肌痉挛的疗效。方法]将首次发病的106例脑卒中后偏瘫患肢肌张力增高的病人随机分为观察组和对照组。两组内科常规用药治疗相同,观察组应用康复运动疗法,对照组应用中医推拿治疗。4周后根据改良Ashworth痉挛评定量表、肢体运动功能积分（FMA）、日常生活能力评定（Bar-thel指数）的变化评定疗效。结果]观察组上肢总有效率为84.91%,对照组为66.04%; 观察组下肢总有效率为86.79%,对照组为69.81%,观察组均明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论]康复运动疗法可改善脑卒中后偏瘫患肢肌痉挛状态,疗效优于中医推拿法。
