| 摘 要： | 目的总结头位难产剖宫产的最佳时机。方法对2003年1月～2005年12月产妇480例,随机分成剖宫产组和阴道分娩组各240例,对剖宫产的时机进行回顾性分析。结果剖宫产组和阴道分娩组在新生儿出生体重有显著性差异(P<0.05);两组胎位异常发生率有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论新生儿出生体重偏大和胎位异常是头位难产的主要因素,准确地掌握剖宫产的时机是治疗的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective:Summary the best opportune moment for difficultly producing dissection womb producing.Methods:Women to～2005 in January in 2003 December production 480 opportune moment for,with machine being divided into first the set of cesareans ection giving birth to baby a 240 for each with the vagina,to cesareans ection proceeds the review analysis.Result:The set of cesareans ection gives birth to baby with the vagina the set is born at the new born weight contain obvious(P<0.05)difference;the excrescent occurrence in position in two embryos rate difference is obvious.(P<0.05).Conclusion:New born the child bearing weight is partial to big with a main factor for excrescent is a difficultly producing,control accurately the cesareans ection opportune moment is the key of the treatment. |
