有机磷化合物中毒兔肾脏血流动力学的研究

摘    要:目的以彩色多普勒技术探讨有机磷化舍物中毒兔肾脏血流动力学的特点。方法建立兔急性有机磷中毒动物模型,分别于染毒前(T0)、染毒后(T1……T9)10个时间点行二维超声及CDFI检查。二维超声测量肾脏的大小;多普勒流速曲线分析肾脏血流动力学的改变。结果体积的改变于T7时间点,长径的改变于T8时间点。T2……T8MRA的VD、PI、RI分别与T0相比差异均有显著性意义(P均<0.05),T4……T7MRA的VMN与T0相比差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。T6……T9SRA及IRA的VD、VMN、PI、RI分别与T0相比差异均有显著性意义([均<0.05)。结论急性有机磷中毒兔肾脏的血流参数改变可以为临床提供更多有意义的信息。

Abstract:Objective To explore the characteristic of renal arteries hemodynamics in organophosphorus compounds poisoning rabbits. Methods Animal models of organophosphorus compounds poisoning were induced. Ultrasonic examinations were performed at the times before and after the rabbits were poisoned. The sizes of kidneys were evaluated by two-dimensional ultrasound while the changes of hemodynamics were analyzed by Doppler velocity Tracing. Results Change of volume occurred at T7 and length at T8. From T2 to T8, VD,PI,RI of MRA was different with that at T0 respectively. Significant differences of VD,VMN,PI,RI of SRA/IRA were found compared with that at T0 from T6 to T9. From T4 to T7, VMN of MRA was different with that at T0. Conclusion More useful information can be offered by changes of parameters of renal flow in organophosphorus compounds poisoning rabbits.
