青霉素V钾片稳定性考察

目的提高青霉素V钾片的稳定性,延长药品的有效期。方法加入抗氧化剂枸橼酸钠及先进的生产工艺技术,采用双铝包装。结果在湿度75%20℃以下,青霉素V钾片有效期在3.5年以上。结论通过加速试验和长期稳定性试验,降低了青霉素的降解速度,提高了药品的稳定性,延长了青霉素V钾片的有效期。

Investigation on stability of penicillin V potassium tablets

Objective To improve the stability of penicillin V potassium tablets,and extend the pharmaceutical product's term of validity. Methods Sodium citrate was added to prevent the oxidation of drug,the advanced production technology was used( wrapped drug in double aluminum packaging) . Results In the humidity of 75% ( 20 ℃) ,the validity of penicillin V potassium tablets was more than 3. 5 years. Conclusion The degradation rate of penicillin could be reduced,the stability could be enhanced,and the validity period of penicillin V potassium tablets could be extended by accelerated testing and long-term stability test.
