介入治疗输卵管异位妊娠的体会

采用自行改制的套管和介入放射学方式，尝试治疗输卵管异位妊娠可行性。方法：对临床确诊的１３例早期输卵管异位妊娠的病例实行Ｘ线监视下的选择性输卵管插管，局部灌注氨甲蝶呤，终止妊娠。

Tubal Pregnancy Treated with Interventional Method

Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of radiologic intervention technique in the treat-ment of cctopic tubal pregnancy with home-made special cannula. Method: Under fluroscopic con-trol, selective transcervical cannulation of fallopian tubes was performed in thirteen women who had been diagnosed as carly unrupturcd tubal pregnancies. During the procedure, the cctopic tubal ges-tations were treated by intratubal instillation of methotrcxatc (MTX). Result: Treat mcnts was successful in 11 of the 13cases with the eventual result of complete resolution of the gestation sac (GS) and termination of the ectopic pregnancies. The remaining two subsquently underwent surgery because of incomplete tubal abortion and continued bleeding during the conservation treat-ment. In successfully treated cases, the first menstrual period was observed in a mean period of 40 days after the treatment. Conclusion: Local MTX administration by means of transcervical tubal cathericzation under fluoroscopic guidance provide a safe, effective and promising alternative for the treatment of unrupturcd tubal prenancy, which may be readily accepted by patients.
